S-Group wanted to modernise their customer loyalty program and make it more human-centric in order to create a shift from seldom usage to repeated encounters in the digital world.



The S-mobile is a digital service and a user experience that uniquely combines a customer loyalty program and mobile banking to create additional value to customers. It also hosts an ecosystem in which the ABC! mobile fueling application is one of the key innovations.


Over 1,2 million downloads in iTunes and Google Play with 600 000 active users and 100 000 daily interactions since 2015.
